Cancellations / Re-schedules:

* Reschedules are only possible with 24-hour notice; otherwise, students are responsible for paying for missed/canceled lessons.

* To give notice of missing a lesson, students must call or message.

* Maximum re-schedules allowed:

* 4-session registration: 1 x re-schedule

* If you can’t commit to a fixed weekly time, sign up for flexible sessions.

* Re-scheduled lessons will be made up during the term (No extension of the payment period).

Use of photos/videos on Chalipa's social media:

We may use photos/videos of students performing in Chalipa Centre and other events and share them on Chalipa’s social media. If you do not want your pictures/videos used, let us know prior to the registration, class, or event.

Recording Devices: Video recording devices (phones, etc.) may be used with the instructor's permission.

Learning Environment: Chalipa Art Centre is smoke- and pet-free.
