Class Cancellation, Rescheduling & Tuition Policy
Registration is confirmed upon payment. Please note that tuition fees are non-refundable after registration.
Students who are unable to attend a scheduled class must notify Chalipa Art Centre by phone call or message at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is only possible with proper 24-hour notice and is subject to class availability.
For students registered in a 4-session monthly program, a maximum of one rescheduled class is permitted per registration period.
Missed or cancelled lessons without 24 hours' notice will not be credited, refunded, or rescheduled, and students are responsible for the full fee for the missed class.
All rescheduled lessons must be completed within the same registration period. The payment period cannot be extended. Students who are unable to commit to a fixed weekly class time are encouraged to register for flexible sessions instead.
Use of Photos & Videos
Chalipa Art Centre may take and share photos or videos of students participating in classes, performances, workshops, or events on Chalipa’s social media and promotional platforms. Students who do not wish to have their photos or videos used must inform Chalipa Art Centre before participating in classes or events.
Recording Devices
Video or audio recording, including the use of phones or other recording devices, is only permitted with the instructor’s approval.
Learning Environment
Chalipa Art Centre maintains a respectful, smoke-free, and pet-free learning environment.
