Aga Khan Museum Workshop Spring 2025

In April 2025, Chalipa had the remarkable opportunity to host a live Islamic and Persian performance at the Aga Khan Museum, tailored explicitly for the Development department. The event showcased an impressive array of calligraphy, featuring a variety of scripts including Thulth, Naskh, Nastaliq, Shekaste Nastaliq, and Kufi.

Artistic Presentation

The performance was distinguished by the use of exquisite handmade paper from Iran, which significantly contributed to the aesthetic appeal of the calligraphy. The artisans demonstrated their mastery of the scripts, captivating the audience with the fluidity and precision of their strokes.
